My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: NC
I was signaled to pull over after an officer saw me refastening my seat belt at a red light. He was directly behind me, which I knew. When I stopped at the red traffic light I unfastened my seat belt for a moment to retrieve medicine from my pocket and then refastened before the light turned green and then proceed to turn left. I didn't realize that the officer wrote that I WAS in forward motion on the ticket until I got home. I was NOT. Any advise?
