I let my friends dad make payments on an RV I sold him. I currently hold the title. There is no written contract. But I am the lawful owner. Title is in my name in my hand. He was supposed to pay me off in the amount of $850 by the end of this summer. I let him put it on his sons property so he has a place to sleep. He hasn't paid anything on the RV. He keeps coming up with excuses, being out of work, not taking enough money, etc. I'm getting tired of dealing with it. So how do I go about getting my RV back from him?
