I have a resttiction on my license for .04. Officer pulled me over on a checkpoint for expired tags. I agreed to PBT and blew a .08. 2nd time a .07. He wrote me a ticket for violating license restrictions. This should be the easiest case ever to have dismissed right? Officer is basing this off PBTs and there was nwver an official evidentiary breath test that occured?
