My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Washington
I sold an antique looking secretary desk on a facebook forum but the ad described it as a distressed antique secretary desk. I bought it myself at an antique store for over $200 and sold it for $75 when I was moving from a house I sold. The lady didn't even come to look at it and sent her husband to pay for it and pick it up. Now she is demanding a refund after going on the site and calling me a fraud and calling my furniture crap. I didn't refund her the money and now she is suing me in small claims. Will she win?
