My question involves criminal records for the state of: New York
Ok Back in 2009 I was charge with Grand Larceny Class E. At first I really didn't know what that was because its was my first time doing something like this, I got arrested before for fighting but it's wasn't as big as this.I was arrested and I cooperated with the police. I make a confession saying it was me because they have prove and videos that show its was me. I never got a lawyer to represent me in courts and what I did was stand and try to move forward with my life because I was scary and I really didn't want to go to jail. I was found guilty and sentenced to 5 years of probation, which I completed. It's been 6 years already, and I'm always wondering if I could sealed its. I know I live in New York and it's one of the hardest states where they late the laws is very serious. I was searching websites where I got some answers that told me I could and other websites where it's said I can't. I really want to know if there's anything I could do now!!
