My question involves criminal records for the state of: California
In 1992 I was arrested and convicted for carrying a register firearm on my body. In 2002 I filed a form and wrote a letter for motion to expunge the felony. I received a letter from the Superior Court Of California,
County Of Los Angeles. The letter states that the motion to expunge was granted, the guilty plea is vacated and the case closed. The weapon was not used in any crime. So could I purchase a firearm if my felony
been expunge, and plea vacated? note, 30 days in county jail and two year joint suspended. Never been trouble with the law since then (23 yr's).
