My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Indiana. I found what I thought was a private seller of a used 2005 Ford Five Hundred online on offer up. Contacted the guy and met up, I observed the car and the odometer read 112,233 good mileage for a used car! The vehicle has a couple issues but nothing engine related so I bypassed and went ahead and bought the car. During the ending process he tells me that he would be receiving the title by mail and would have it by the next friday. Never came! He tells me it’ll be a little longer long story short two weeks later I get the title! Odometer reads 220,467!!!! So how can I go about this I am really confused on what to do?
