Yesterday my restraining order hearing was continued due to lack of time. I advise the judge that I will be firing my lawyer. I went to the clerks office to get copies of my case file for my new lawyer to review and they said the case file is in the judges chambers and will stay there until the continuation hearing on September 19 I have been advised that I am not allowed to get copies of the file.
