We were purchasing a van from a used car dealer, we had the van half the way paid off and the transmission went out. We discovered this seems to bee a trend with this dealer and we told them to take the van back as we could not afford to put a new or used transmission in the van. They have never tried to come and get the van and it has been sitting in our back yard for 9 years. The county wants us to get rid of the van or get fined- what are our options?
