Revoke Passport for 10k in Arrears

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Georgia

My ex refuses to pay child support and alimony. The state collects a portion from his payroll but not the full amount monthly. He is currently behind 9673. The judge has found him in contempt previously and he decided to sit in jail for 30 days rather than pay. The judge released him because he claimed he was going to lose his employment, and agreed to paying his child support in full and 2k towards arrears before the next compliance hearing. He paid $700 and the judge told him to come back in 30 more days and to pay me an addition $500/wk towards the arrears, which he has not done, and court was three weeks ago. I don't want him to go back to jail because he may actually lose his job and he carries insurance for our children and I will go from receiving a partial payment to no payment. He needs his license for work, which brings me to finding out steps needed to be taken to request his passport to be revoked until arrears have been paid.
