My children's mother wrote down on the court documentation that she had no income after child support court. I saw that information and immediately filed the next day for another child support hearing. I got an upcoming hearing and was wondering if I should notate the fact that she received a job offer before the initial court date and signed the offer letter. Meaning she put no income knowing she would start working and did not put down her new income.
They raised my child support and she started working. Meaning she is getting more money in child support and a full paycheck from her job.
What are my options as we go back to court within the next week and I'm barely making ends meet. I was going to subpoena her job to see if she was in fact offered the job before court and if she was then she lied about her income.
