Do I Have to Buy Clothes for My Son if I Pay Child Support

My question involves a child custody case from the State of:

I took my son overnight and asked her to put some clothes for him. She told me to buy it and keep it at my house whenever he comes. I didn’t buy as Im ordered to pay child support which clothing are supposed to be included. My son went back home with the same clothes.

Isnt child support included why she is making me buy clothes? Im wondering What does she do with that money?
