My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
I was told in June my child support had been "over funded" which i do not believe to be true. without any notice they stopped child support. even if it was overfunded - not getting paid in june and july would have made up for the "over funded" amount. the dept is saying my case is still under review and basically they will get to it when they can. i can't keep going without child support. there must be some law or statute as to how long they can withhold your funds from you? any help is appreciated! i live out of state so i can't go into the local office
