My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
Yesterday I was stopped by state troopers, they searched me and the vehicle and before he proceeded I Told him that all I Had was weed Bowl/Pipe and he still proceeded to search but he found nothing all i had was the glass pipe. He gave me a citation for it under a Class C Misdemeanor .. What Charges am I Honestly Facing? And will my License be suspended? It's my first offense Never been caught with anything ever
