My father lives with my sister and she won't let me access him in person or by phone. He is senile and, in addition to just wanting to see him, I am concerned about his physical and mental state. I had a lawyer write a threatening letter but it did no good. What can I do to see my father? I would like to avoid hiring an attorney and going to court. Thanks.
