My question involves civil rights in the State of: Ohio
People always claim that allegations of electronic harassment by satellite dish weapons are patently delusional or fanciful but it appears there is considerable evidence for their existence.
These weapons were pursued as early as Sub-Project 119 of the CIA's MK Ultra project in the 1960’s (http://www.oregonstatehospital.net/d...le%20pages.pdf).
Kent State admits to using 'electronic harassment' to retaliate against victims of sexual assault, stalking, and discrimination (scroll down to section "retaliatory harassment") (https://www.kent.edu/srvss/your-role...sible-employee).
President Obama’s commission on bio-ethics tacitly legitimized the testimony of a large number of targeted individuals claiming to be victims of electronic harassment in an official government forum (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2EaPnqQt7Q&t=1s).
Electronic harassment of course refers to use of the satellite dish weapons to assault people (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_harassment).
Of course, Dennis Kucinich proposed a ban on space based weapons in House Bil HR 2977, banning 'exotic weapons systems' including "psychotronic" and "electromagnetic" weapons (https://fas.org/sgp/congress/2001/hr2977.html).
The DOD openly admits to having satellite based weapons that can remotely immobilize, transport, suppress individuals through microwave emissions, and also remotely damage, disable, and interfere with electronic systems from afar (http://jnlwp.defense.gov/Portals/50/...0FactSheet.pdf).
All the above, of course, could be used on the civilian population as we see in the bio-ethics testimony.
Given all that, how could attorney's on this site still bully people claiming they are being harassed by them? I mean, does not the above suggest they are indeed real? Discuss...
Reports and legal complaints alleging electronic harassment are obviously not patently delusional and fanciful, and any judge that dismisses complaints of such outright should be charged with public corruption.
