Ticket Errors: Did He Clock Me in the 45, or in the 35 or Did He Even Clock Me at All

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Minnesota

Today I was traveling along a 45 zone following another vehicle about 1/4 a mile ahead. As the vehicle in front of me came around a bend in the road, I noticed the vehicle in front of me slam the brakes, I quickly noticed because a cop was traveling opposite direction. I also slowed down almost immediately. Here's where it gets interesting, the cop pulls to the right like he's going to make a u turn right before the car in fornt of me passes the cop. He turns around and thats when we crossed into the 35 zone (just past the intersection where the cop pulled over into to make a wide u turn). Now there is no way I was speeding in the 35 zone, yet he pulls me over and says i was going 52 in a 35... No way, didn't happen.

In Minnesota, they have to prove i violated beyond a reasonable doubt. So I plan to raise reasonable doubt that it was me going 52. I also want to question him and ask him at what point in my video did you determine a vehicle was in violation of the 35mph zone? If he says he clocked a vehicle before he turned around, I can likely get it thrown out, right?

I will ask him about his training, his calibration, his tuning fork check that day. What mode his radar was in, I want to ask if he was operating the radar quickly on and off to avoid radar detectors detecting him, and raise the fact that such operation can cause false readings to show up if he is firing quickly on and off.

He wrote the ticket down to 44 in a 35 for some reason, but in my video you can hear him say 52.

I have a video of the incident up on youtube here:

Please let me know if you guys think I have a case...
