My question involves police conduct in the State of: Missouri
I was the passenger in a traffic stop that led to drive possession charges.
The officers did not ask for DL and proof of insurance. They made a comment about "have you ever been to prison" then they asked the driver and myself ro exit the vehicle. They took an hour to search all content of the car. They asked my permission to search my purse, I gave consent. Upon search of my purse they produced a medication lock bag. Asked me for.combinatikn I did give them the wrong numbers. But some how they new the correct numbers. After that they claim they found insulin syringes and some baggies in the bag. But never let me see what they had found or tell me exactly where they had obtained said it was from.
After the long search, the police officer drove our vehicle from the traffic stop location to the police station. We were both interrogated for roughly 20-30 minutes. I was asking a couple of time the last time I had used methamphetamine I told the officer I had been clean since 2009. And again at the end of interrogation asked again.the last time.i had used I told him 2009 like I told you to begin with. The officer inspected my arms, in between my fingers and the back of my legs. Now I have been charged with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. And yet they never let me see said evidence and the be search was way out of the broad spectrum. What can I do?
