My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: tx, traded my old car and the guy did Kelly blue book wrong. Also I repeatedly said no and they kept going, should have walked out. The terms weren’t Clair in regards to the interest, so I can claim capacity and duress. Any way out of this?
