Presumption of Paternity: Being Listed As Father for Child That Isn't Mine

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Florida.

So my girlfriend is pregnant and due around the middle of April. We know the child is not mine as it belongs to her last ex that she had to leave because he became very unstable and even a bit abusive towards her. However he constantly tries to get in contact with her because he wants to be a part of the child's life. She however does not feel safe around him and does not trust him to be around this child. They were never married and we've even talked a little about getting married in the near future. However currently I live in another state but we have plans for her to move in with me after the child is born. My primary concern is that she wants me to be this child's father and i am more than willing to step up and give this child a better life. What is the best way to go about this? Keep in mind that she wants her ex to have nothing to do with this child.
