My question involves a marriage and child custody case from the State of: Calfornia
My husband and I have been in a relationship for years thats been somewhat plutonic. We are polyamourous and We are friends and live together. During the course of our marriage I had become involved with someone else. And my husband and I chose to stay married.
My partner and I have a child and he is on the birth certificate as the biological father. We all live together as a giant family and my child considers both males as dad.
Recently, my husband and I have decided to legally divorce.
I am wondering if I have to put my child on the divorce papers?
