My question involves civil rights in the State of: Ohio

Is it legal for a police informant to sleep with a suspect?

Second:

Is it legal for the informant to try and entrap a suspect on sexual assault in an encounter? For instance, if it is a female informant investigating male, can the female ask the male to stop prior to ejaculation in an attempt to entrap him on rape? Can the police arrest the suspect if he fails the trap? Assume the trap was intentional.

Third:

What if the police used force in their attempt to entrap the suspect? For instance, by threatening to infect the suspect with HIV if he does not comply.
