What is the Limit of the Landlords Responsibilities

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Texas.
I've moved into an older building that's fallen somewhat into disrepair. I moved a month and a week ago, the first month spent in another unit which lacked hot water for 3 of those 4 weeks, proper electricity for 2, because this apt wasn't "ready". After a month, #9, the now "ready" unit, does not have the following:

Working fridge & stove (promised but not delivered this past week). Finished kitchen cabinets (wood boxes at the moment). Showerhead. Hot water faucet. Shower/bath faucet knob.

The door jamb of the entry door is splintered and barely holding together. I can't use 3 is the 4 closets because they are full of tools, scrap wood and bike parts. The living room is nearly unusable because it's still full of the previous tenants furniture & trash.

I have to cook & store food in the first unit but the landlord started asking me when I was going to "finish moving" because she wants to rent it out.

So... What's she responsible for, what am I responsible for, what can I deduct from rent
