Repair and Maintenance: Delivery Truck Damaged an Apartment Building

My question involves landlord-tenant law in theState of: Michigan

I own office building. My tenant had delivery and the delivery truck damaged my building.
This is second time delivery truck damages my building.Last year my tenant cooperated to hold delivery company responsible for the damage.
Now tenant does not cooperate. Can I hold tenant resposnsible for the damage.I have video how the truck hit the building.
