My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Pennsylvania
Our property is located below a steep hill. The property next to us is also located below a steep hill. There is a water flow that is coming down from the location of the property next to us. Now that the season is winter and being that it is cold. Our whole sidewalk and driveway is covered in ice. This has been the first time that this had happened at our location. Last year there was signs of ice in front of the side walk. This year it has became more worse. I do not know who is going to be responsible to fix this issue. We have been trying our best to break the ice off our sidewalk/driveway. Obviously the ice comes back again. We are pretty annoyed by this and would like to know if there is any ideas to fix this problem.
