My question involves criminal law for the state of: oklahoma. On 1989 I pled guilty to bogus checks. I got a defered sentence of 18 months. I didn't do my community service or pay restitution etc. The DA tried to file an application to revoke one month before my probation was over, the judge waved it off and the da put it back in his briefcase. The judge told me to catch up my restitution and let me go. I didn't and didn't go back to court after the 18 months were over and so my records were never expunged. They cannot revoke my probation since they didn't file an application to revoke before my probation was over. So I have never been officially convicted or sentenced. But do i have a felony since I did actualy plead guilty even though the judge...COURT WITHOLDS A FINDING OF GUILT AND DEFERS SENTENCING FOR EIGHTEEN (18) MONTHS?
