Power of Attorney Rules and Accountability

My 2 nephews who are 33 and 36 years old own a house in massachussetts which is rented out through a property management group.My wife and daughter were

appointed durable power of attorney via the boys signature in 2014. The property management agreement which is in effect states this is between the property

management group with a date between my wife and daughter and then " together the owners " and the property management group. Does this mean my wife and

daughter have taken over ownership of the house that belongs to my nephews.
