My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida.
I was never married and had a child with someone. No child custody case yet. Thought we could make it work. I have to fight to see my child for 5 hrs a week. So I found out shes away and left my daughter with a babysitter. Can I just go and get my daughter from the babysitter.
