My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: North Carolina and I moved to Georgia for a job. My suspension is over, so now I'm wondering how would I go about getting my license. Also I have a speeding ticket from 2006, which I'm told I would have to have it placed back in front of a judge. How would I do that living in another state as well?
