My question involves real estate located in the State of: California
My father transferred a land to my name in quitclaim deed. He signed it with my information included in the quitclaim deed. I did not agree on this, and I don't remember signing off on this. I talked to my father about and he agreed to take the land back. How can I invalidate this quitclaim deed as I did not agree to it in the first place? Is there a procedure for it? Thanks in advance.
