My question involves real estate located in the State of:Mississippi, George county. The easement was granted to a land owner who is long past, and the land has been vacant for several years.
The land owner says the easement is county property because they black top it. There is no record of the county taking over the right of way.
The land owner is harassing me saying that I can not park on the easement or adjacent land to the easement, I am within my boundary line.
