My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Florida
Can a trust be audited? Who should audit it(Courts or lawyer?)Who pays for audit?
There is a trustee in our relations trust/ We are the alternate trustee/ The Trustee has taken his time(almost 3 years) and there is still outstanding stocks/
He has not posted an official report(only percentages and to which benefactors/
Notes from the deceased said there was almost 2 million still out there and trustee said he does not see it /We are too friendly with trustee and want to know if we can secretly inspect without hurt feelings ?
