My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: South Carolina
Bought a car in SC to drive to GA to title and register etc. it broke down in 3 miles. Had it towed. Went to the dmv and the person I bought it from never titled it to them self in the first place. It still has the person that sold it to him on the title. DMV gave me options but the seller will not respond to me. Can I sue what can I do? Person said it was a great vehicle it’s a horrible vehicle that I now can’t even title. Please help!! Any and all assistance and information is appreciated.
