Search and Seizure: My Ex Keeps Falsely Claiming I Am Growing Pot

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Jersey. Me and my ex (mother of my child) broke up a year ago at which time i moved back home with my parents. It has been a constant headache from her. She has filed for tros that have been dismissed or relieved. She has some mental health issues and when she is in a bad way, she wants to make me suffer.

Her new tactic is to use my past against me. 10 years ago, I was arrested for the first and only time in my life, for growing 3 pot plants. A friend got arrested and stated i had the plants. I got a pti and it was subsequently expunged. Now, my ex keeps lying and saying I am growing pot. I live with my 70 year old disabled lawyer father and my 60 year old mother. My ex has not been in this house for a year due to the way she has treated everyone in the family. She has no evidence or proof. But she still keeps making this false claim. She made the claim to her lawyer. She made the claim to the police in one of her tro statements that was dismissed.

My question is, does she or the police have any ability to make me and my family's lives hell based on her accusations with no proof? The onky issue i have with the police coming and searching is that usually my child is here and my parents health and stress. My mother has heart issues and my stepfather is in a wheelchair and always sick. I worry about the unnecessary stress on them and my child if my ex and police can just randomly search my house based on falsehoods. Is there an established amount of proof necessary for her to proceed with this headache? Do I have to worry about the police being here every day because she is hurt and spiteful?
