My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Kansas
My kid is 14, and has a learner's permit. In Kansas he can legally drive with adult over 21 in the front seat. In most states learner's permit can be had at 15, or later.
Can my kid legally drive into other states? Especially interested in Missouri (We live in Kansas City area, and the metro is divided in half by KS/MO state line), and Colorado.
Thanks!
