Hi all :)
Trying to close out my deceased father's bank accounts, and the bank is requiring a Summary Administration from the court (which I have, and understand why they need it), and in addition to that, they are asking for Letters Of Administration. I did some searching, and couldn't come up with anything useful, save that this might be indigenous to FL?
Can someone please fill me in on what this is, and how it differs from the Summary Administration?
