Is calling somebody on public forum a “sociopath” and “unstable” a libel? Can you go to jail for that?? The post was deleted after few hours and the only proof they have are screenshots. Their full name, city and photo was also posted so they are identifiable.
I read about libel per se and not sure if this falls under “loathsome disease” category? Technically sociopath is an outdated term and both of those words were used as means of “opinion” and “insults” more than the actual medical terms.
