My question involves a child custody case from the State of: NJ
I currently have joint legal/physical custody of my children, aged 16 and 18. Up until 9/10/17, my children were following our custody agreement. Both of my children no longer what anything to do with their father and have asked me to file for full legal/physical custody. Can I obtain that for my son even though he is 18 years old?
Due to the fact that we HAD a 50/50 split and my ex pays for ALL of their medical insurance premiums, child support was not granted in our divorce. If awarded full custody of both children, am I entitled to also file for child support and how is that calculated?
