My question involves a child visitation case from the State of: South Carolina
My son's wife left and took three small children 200+ miles away. She withheld visitation. He cannot afford an attorney. Her attorney presented us with papers for supervised visitation which we both signed but did not totally understand it.
It has been four months, there are six months to go before she will file for divorce.
We would like to modify the visitation agreement to remove supervision. Is there a form we can file for that? Her attorney indicated it could be modified at the time we signed.
