Shoplifting under 400$ in NYC
First time arrest. Clean no criminal record
I’m Foreigner. Not from US. My job required me to travel in multiple countries.

What concerned me the most
- What is the best outcome less impact for me ?
- can I leave US 2 days after my first DAT to go back home ?
-Can I re-enter to US if ACD not completed 6 months yet? How about after that when ACD sealed ?
- is there any document for me after first court date so that I can bring with me when I travel. How about sealed ACD, any certificate ?
- will this case stay in my record internationally and forever ?
- am I eligible for ACD ?
- After showing up at my first desk appearance will I have to come to court next day ?
-can I do Community service before DAT ?
- any suggestion ? Anything I should know
