My question involves civil rights in the State of: Ca I worked somewhere for over five years. I complained of sexual harassment and had to eventually quit.In retaliation my boss filed a tro and accused me of fraud,theft,elder abuse etc... All lies. The tro was dismissed with prejudice. I filed a lawsuit for the sex harassment and they filed a countersuit for the same things they said in the tro. Now their lawyer is saying they are awaiting a police report to show if I will be criminally charged!! Is this even possible? It is going on 11 months now.
