My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California
I'm only offering my home as a 2 - 3 month lease, so my screening criteria is very simple. Essentially no sexual offenses against children. No history of evictions. Other litigation issues may be cause for rejection, including but not limited to non-payment of rent, damage, pets on no-pet property, smoking on non-smoking property and using property for purposes not allowed.
Is there a company that does this type of litigation search for $30 or something like that?
Would the Megan's Law database be sufficient for doing the sexual offenses against children?
