My question involves criminal law for the state of: Montana. // Will Great Falls Montana Extradite Someone for 2 Misdemeanor Charges and Missing Court? He thought it was for the 5th this month and we are all packed up to go and he looked at the court papers and they say the 3rd? Is it possible to fix this human error with out just being tossed in Jail? He is a older gentleman and is on psyc meds... Any hope or now that he missed his PRE TRIAL CONFERENCE is is a automatic warrant? It's Sunday so we can't call. đ Help please....
