My question involves personal property located in the State of: WI
I've been living in my current home for 11 years and my backyard abuts to a tree line that is owned by the City Park. I've been mowing and taking care of the area since I bought the place since it was related to me that was the property line. I just finished building a shed 10x12, which did not need permit since it's under 150 SF. I came home after work and found the City Of XXX surveying my lot. They informed me that my shed and daughters playset was encroaching on City Park. I admit I made the dumb mistake of believing what the realtor told me and not getting the lot surveyed. However, is there anyway that I can still keep the shed in that location or is it a lost cause?
