My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
Hi, so I was caught going 90mph at a 65mph limit fwy at San Deigo, California. To my understanding, you won't get traffic school if you went above 25mph than the limit. So my question is if I went exactly AT 25mph not over the speed limit, will I be denied traffic school? This is my first ticket ever in my 3 years of driving, I am also planning to pled guilty instead of fighting it. Thank you!
