Speeding Tickets: Police Officer Reduced My 100mph to 90mph, is It Too Much to Ask the Judge for Ts

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of California (San Deigo)

Hi, so I was speeding at San Deigo at 100mph in a 65mph zone and was issued a ticket for 90 mph because the police officer was nice enough as he explained to me that if he ticketed me for over 100mph I would have my lience suspended. In exchang, He told me I must pled guilty at court or he's going to testify against me (I confessed to going at 100mph when he asked me if I know how fast I was going, because I was nervous and this is my first violation ever in my three years of driving.) So basically he has evidence of my confession so I have no choice but to pled guilty which I am willing to do because I know I am guilty and should take full responsibility for my action.
To my understanding, you won't get traffic school if you went above 25mph than the limit.

So my 1st question is: if I went exactly AT 25mph, not over the 25, will I be denied traffic school?

and my other questions are: After I pled guilty for my violation, is it too much to ask the judge for the option for traffic school?

Will the police officer find that offensive as he already gave me a break and I am still asking for more?

Do you think he will decide to testify against me if I ask for traffic school?

Thank you so much for any help!
