My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Missouri
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and in our agreement we have 3 days until it is considered late and we would have to pay a late fee. Is the landlord allowed to start calling and texting on the 1st of the month asking where the check is and asking if they can come that day to pick up the check even though the agreement says it is due on the 1st but not late until the 3rd?
