My question involves real estate located in the State of: Washington
I posted on this forum nearly two years ago when we were being sued by our neighbor for Adverse Possession. Well the very long and expensive litigation process is finally over. We received a judgement in our favor and were also awarded legal fees. The plaintiff was ordered by the court to immediately remove his fence from our property. Three days later our attorney sent them a letter granting the ten days to remove the fence. They did not remove it so we did. Now they want their fencing. My question is: Am I legally obligated to return the fencing to them?
