Visitors and Guests: How Do I Get Rid of Unwanted Guest

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Texas

My lease has ended and I have to be out in three days. The guest that I let stay there with me for a month is refusing to leave. I called the police but said I have to formally evict them. How do I evict someone when technically no one is no longer suppose to be there. Help!
