A 17 year old was walking the halls of a closed down elementary school. He caused NO damage and he didn't steal anything. He only had his phone on him. The doors to the school were Unlocked, a guard found him and cuffed him then they waited for an officer to get to the closed down school. He was very respectful to each officer. They decided to charged him with Juvenile Criminal Trespass. Does he get a fine? If so what is the possible cost? Or does he get a different action taken?
